- You submit: At least 10 µg of both initial plasmids will be required, additionally the complete sequence and restriction map of both plasmids.
- You receive: You will receive a complete project report by e-mail, including chromatograms, and sequence data for the construct regions where inserts have been cloned. The required plasmids will be provided as purified DNA (ca. 2-5 µg each).

Terms & conditions:

• The cloning price will be valid for stardaard cloning projects which involve 1 step cloning only involving a PCR amplification from a donor vector and cloning to a recipient vector which must be no larger than 6-8kb. Additionally the inserts to be PCR amplified and cloned must be no larger than 2.5 Kb.
• Vectors which contain ITR regions, large numbers of repeat sequences or very strong promoters can only be performed upon agreement with our product specialist.
• Each cloning will be performed using standard molecular biology techniques, and if it is not successful with the first attempt it will be repeated once after which contact will be made with the customer to discuss how to proceed with the work.
• For cloning: 500 bp around the two restriction sites will be sequenced, if the customer wants to sequence a larger part of the vector/fragments then this will be charged on top of the standard price for cloning.
• Cloning using restriction sites will only included standard restriction enzymes, other non-standard enzymes can be bought, but will be charged to the customer.
• In the event that unforeseen problems arise during the course of the project, or if the material submitted does not satisfy our standard conditions (either of which may impact on the delivery time and/or the agreed upon pricing), Baseclear reserves the right to include a charge for additional work and to possibly , subject to consultation with the client, discontinue the project.
• All sequences are checked for biological safety and GGO license. Baseclear reserves the right to refuse any sequence that is not part of our GGO license or when we question its background.
• This special offer will be valid in the months June and July 2010.
