Background: Erna studied Biology at Leiden University, majoring in Medical Biology. A project on Immunology formed the basis for her thesis. During the course of her studies, Erna became involved in the organisation of a jobs market, where she met Bas Reichert. Together they developed the idea to start their own business, the result of which can be seen in the foundation of BaseClear in 1993. |
