EVELIEN ZEINSTRA 

Account manager: Evelien is responsible for sales and marketing. Evelien performs both office and external duties. She visits customers, especially new ones, gives presentations at exhibitions and conferences and maintains contacts with people who are interested. Her main focus is the marketing & sales of next generation (Illumina) sequencing services.

Background:

Evelien studied Medical Biological Laboratory Science (HLO) at the Universities of Applied Sciences in Amsterdam and Utrecht. Evelien majored in biotechnology and microbiology. After her graduation, Evelien spent six years working as senior technician at the medical microbiology division of the VU Medical Centre in Amsterdam. From 2007 to 2008, she worked as sales executive for Biotest, where she sold products for clinical diagnostics. As of the end of 2008, BaseClear can take advantage of Eveliens experience.
