Frank did the secondary labororatory education (MLO) in Arnhem, with a main subject in clinical chemistry. Subsequently he studied Biology and Medical Laboratory Science at the HAN University of Applied Sciences, with a main subject in biotechnology. After his graduation, he started to work for BaseClear.
