KAREN DEN HOLLANDER 

Technician Sequencing Team: Karen is technician on the sequencing division of BaseClear. Together with four colleague technicians, she handles all incoming sequencing samples, carries out sequencing reactions, performs the necessary sample pretreatments and analyses the resulting data.

Background:

Karen studied biochemical laboratory sciences at the Saxion University of Applied Sciences in Enschede. After her graduation, she worked at the Research station for the Mushroom Culture in Limburg. After a few years taken care of her children, she started to work for BaseClear in 2008.
