MARTHJE TIMMERMANS

Head of Department Marketing & Sales:

Because of the growth of the company, the directors have asked Marthje to set up a marketing and sales division and develop a new communication strategy, with the necessary communication material. In addition to this, Marthje trains and coaches the BaseClear employees on their communication and marketing skills.

Background:

Marthje studied at the Academy of fine art in Maastricht and Rotterdam. During eight years, she worked as sales and marketing manager in different companies. In 1993, she started her own company in change management, T&D sales partners, together with partner marketing manager. The company grow out to an organisation with 10 employees. BaseClear was one of her first customers. In 2002, Marthje set up another company, called ‘5voor12'. At the end of 2007 she started to work as marketing and sales manager for BaseClear.
