How do we work?

Our superior service relies on personal commitment, transparency and reliability. At each of our six divisions an experienced project manager therefore serves as your contact. He is a product specialist and personally responsible for:

• answering all your questions
• the timely processing of your project
• the confidentiality with which your project and its results are treated.

At BaseClear, a project starts with a working plan. In most cases this will be a standard one developed on basis of our experience with many similar projects. In some cases, depending on for instance size and questions involved, the project manager designs a customized plan tailor made to fit your needs.

In all cases the working plan will specify:

• The relevant steps, milestones and levels of confidentiality
• The usage of services, products, protocols, methods and safequards
• The delivery deadlines
• The costs involved
• Your guarantees on the results

Once you have accorded the working plan, your project manager will personally take care that it is executed to the letter. So that you get your results exactly as specified.
