Creating a new account
To create a new account, simply click ‘Create new account” in the log-in screen. The email address will be your username and has to be unique.
Fill in all required fields (market with a *), and subsequently click the button “Create”. A one time password will be send directly to your email address. Please make sure you use a valid e-mail address.

Forgot Password
If you have forgotten your password, click ‘Forgot Password’ in the log-in screen. Enter your email address and after clicking ‘Ok’ you will receive a new one time password via your email account.

Log-in for the first time
After logging in with you one time password, you will be asked to change your password to a password of your choice. You will then visit our “Home page” from the BaseClear Ordering Service.

My orders
In the ‘My orders’ screen, you can view all your complete and incomplete orders.
Complete orders: By clicking on results you can download your results from our secured FTP server. You can also reopen your orderform by clicking on “View PDF”.
Incomplete orders: You can reopen your incomplete orders to finish these orders. You can also delete these orders.

Creating a new order
Create a new order by clicking on the service of choice in the ‘Order Menu’ screen. In the first screen, you will be asked to fill in your order details. After completing all the order information, you can review your order. By clicking ‘Submit order’, a PDF will be created which you can send with your samples.

Multiple samples
If you have multiple samples, please first fill in the first sample line, before clicking on resize table. The details of the first line will be copied to the added lines. In addition, the last or the first number will be count up automatically.

Sending an order
Please print the final PDF of your order and send this form together with your samples to:

We prefer samples are send in our special Baseboxes, which can be ordered for free via our website.

Receiving results
Results can always be downloaded from our secured FTP server after logging in, by visiting the “My orders” section. In addition you can choose to receive results by email.
