Terms & Conditions:

Using the Illumina GAIIx platform we will generate a minimum of 300 MB of DNA sequence data for any genomic DNA sample for €950.-.

• Library preparation for sequencing is included in this offer
• You submit: At least 20 ug of purified genomic DNA (min. conc. 200 ng/uL)
• You receive: A minimum of 300 MB sequencing data in 50 cycle paired-end reads
• You will receive the DNA sequence in FastQ format.
• No bioinformatics included. We also offer bioinformatic analysis like genome assembly, annotation and gap closure services. If you are interested in the details and costs of these services, please don't hesitate to contact us.
