Single Read sequencing
BaseClear has several ABI3730XL sequencers for single read (Sanger) sequencing up to 1100 bp. We have enough capacity for quick turn around times.
Illumina HiSEQ 2000 sequencing
We have one Illumina HiSEQ 2000 sequencer for sequencing of total genomes or transcriptomes. The Illumina platform can also be used for metagenomics.
Data analysis
Thanks to our many years of experience and our in-house bioinformatics, we can assist you in the analysis of all your sequencing data.
Supporting services
Next to our sequencing facilities, we also offer you the possibility of outsourcing DNA purification, DNA amplification (PCR) and primer design & synthesis. Thanks to this in-house facilities, we can execute your projects fast and efficient.
