SINGLE READ SEQUENCING SERVICE

Single read (Sanger) sequencing is based on sequencing on the ABI3730XL sequencer. BaseClear offers several services.

Project sequencing service
An exclusive service that covers all steps necessary to determine the complete double- or single-stranded sequences of large DNA fragments up to several kb.

Full sequencing service
Single sequencing reaction up to 1000 bp. This option guarantees optimal sequencing results when it comes to read length, data quality and customer wishes. Measurement of DNA concentration, quality control of sequence data and repetition of failed reactions (if necessary under special conditions) are included.

Quick Shot sequencing service
Single sequencing reaction up to 1000 bp. This is our most cost-effective option. Deliver purified DNA premixed with primer and you receive all sequence results and a report.

24 Hour sequencing service
Deliver your purified DNA samples before 10 a.m. and receive your results within 24 hours. This option is also available as 24H Quick Shot service, for which you deliver DNA premixed with the primer.

96-well sequencing service
Our 96-well sequencing service can lead to a significant cost advantage, since your plates will be handled by our state-of-the-art robotics. Our 96-well sequencing service is available for both half or full plates. Our 96-well sequencing service is also available as 96-well Quick Shot sequencing.

Direct Genomic Sequencing
Due to the optimisation of various procedures we are now able to directly sequence genomic DNA from bacteria using Sanger sequencing, eliminating the need for a PCR step in the process.
