DNA AMPLIFICATION (PCR) SERVICE

Polymerase chain reactions (PCR) can be used as a very effective method to isolate specific regions of genomic DNA. PCR can supply high copy numbers of pure DNA, enabling analysis of DNA samples even from very small amounts of starting material. It is therefore especially useful for difficult samples, such as GC-rich DNA, low copy plasmids or genomic DNA. The technique is also suitable for application in high throughput samples.

We can amplify and purify DNA from almost any origin and starting quantity. Thanks to extensive robotisation and automation we can work fast and handle a nearly unlimited number of samples.
