Cell line identification
BaseClear offers several recommended tests to verify your cell line for publishing. BaseClear offers a fast, reliable STR profiling (DNA fingerprinting) service under ISO17025 guidelines, and can be used to assist in the verification of your human cell line.

Behavioural genetics
BaseClear offers a broad package of services for the analysis of genetic variations. In recent years we have developed a range of genotyping tests that type polymorphisms in genes that are potentially involved in human behaviour.

Paternity/Maternity testing
BaseClear offers the possibility of paternity/maternity testing via DNA (STR) profiling. BaseClear offers an effective DNA Paternity/Maternity test, based on the comparison of 16 loci from the presumed farther, mother and child. This DNA test is performed under ISO17025 guidelines.

Genotyping general
