CLC DNA Workbench is a bioinformatics software package containing a range of specialized DNA analyses and bioinformatics tools for molecular biology with an advanced and intuitive user interface and framework for graphical viewing.

• Assembly: CLC DNA workbench allows you to import, view, edit and analyse results from automated sequencing machines. Various sequence reads can be assembled automatically into a contig sequence.
• Primer design: Primers can be designed for various experimental settings

Moreover, it is possible to annotate an input sequence with SNPs by BLASTing against the SNP database at NCBI.
