Custom cloning
Recombinant DNA cloning is a fundamental part of many research projects. BaseClears experienced specialists can create any recombinant DNA construct you desire.
DNA fragments provided by the customer may be cloned into a vector of choice, alternatively we can amplify new genes from genomic DNA, or have them synthesised by our DNA synthesis department. Additionally our In-house DNA sequencing and oligo synthesis capabilities allow for fast project turnover times.
We have extensive experience with the construction of more complex and challenging DNA constructs and are ready to assist in their creation. During the project we discuss and agree every aspect of the work with the customer starting with the strategy which should be used to make the construct. During the execution stage we analyse each step of the cloning process allowing us to assess the success of each stage. This also enables us to rapidly and precisely identify the reason why a stage was not successful should that occur.
