Target DNA amplification
High purity of DNA samples submitted for DNA sequencing or other analyses is essential for the resulting quality of the sequence data. As a very effective alternative to existing DNA purification techniques, BaseClear offers a target DNA amplification service to prepare sample prior to DNA analyses.
This service is applicable to most samples but especially useful for difficult samples, such as GC rich samples, low copy plasmids and genomic DNA. Furthermore it can be applied in a fast and highly automated fashion for high throughput projects.
