BaseClear offers a reliable and high-quality DNA purification service for PCR products to obtain pure DNA samples or to concentrate DNA samples prior to sequencing. Starting samples may be DNA products from amplification reactions or cDNA synthesis, enzymatically treated DNA, DNA from agarose slices or dilute nucleic acid solutions. The samples are being purified on columns (standard) or by magnetic bead technology (HT). We also provide isolation and purification of DNA fragments from agarose gels.
