DNA sequences have many different usages and purposes which also influence the required reliability and quality. We have therefore developped six DNA sequencing services, taylor made to fit all the specifications, templates and guarantees you need for your project. Regardless if you need the sequences for a patent application, establishing a reading frame or just for checking a construct: you can safely rely on the guaranteed results of these services:

Quick Shot Sequencing service

The Quick Shot sequencing option is our most cost effective way for sequencing. The customer premixes DNA nad primer and BaseClear performs a DNA sequencing reaction and analysis of the results.

Full Sequencing

Single sequencing reaction, including DNA quantity/concentration check, (automated) analysis of the sequencing results, editing of data and rerun if necessary. Available for long and short runs.

24 Hour Sequencing

Single sequencing reaction. Data delivered in 24 hours. No editing of data and rerun on request. Short run with readlength of max. 550 bases or long run up to 1000 bases.

Special Sequencing

Single sequencing reaction on difficult samples, including BACs siRNA-constructs and genomic DNA.

Project Sequencing

Complete sequencing of a construct, including DNA purification (of high copy plasmids/bacteria), primer design and synthesis, data assembly, editing and comparison with reference sequence. Options for Ultra-fast generation of sequence data.

HT Sequencing

Single sequencing reaction on at least 95 samples delivered in MTP and the whole plate sequenced with one primer. Various options possible for pre and post processing of samples and data.
