24 Hour Sequence Service
Todays research asks for fast results. BaseClear therefore offers a 24 Hour sequencing service. DNA sequence data of samples received before 10 a.m. are delivered the next day before 10 a.m.
Only purified samples can be submitted for this service (also indicate the DNA-concentrations on the orderform!):
- purified plasmid DNA
- purified PCR samples
The sequencing reactions can be performed with your own choice of primer:
- standard primer
- custom primer sent with the order
- custom primer designed by BaseClear (if ordered on forehand)
- client specific primers
All sequencing results are automatically analysed by PHRED, the international standard software package for superior basecalling and sequence data interpretation. There is no manual editing or reviewing of the quality of the sequence data.
