Full Sequencing service
The Full sequencing is our high quality service. The Full service is offered to obtain the best sequencing results possible when considering read length, quality of data and customer wishes. It includes measuring DNA-concentration and full quality control of sequence data. Data is reviewed, edited and samples are resequenced when necessary.
Every type of sample can be submitted for this service:
- bacterial samples
- purified plasmid DNA
- purified PCR samples
- raw PCR samples
The sequencing reactions can be performed with your own choice of primer:
- standard primer
- custom primer sent with the order
- custom primer designed by BaseClear
- client specific primers
The services can be complemented with DNA purification and other services.
The Full sequencing service includes quantity/concentration check of incoming DNA samples. In case samples do not pass, we will notify you before continuing with sequencing.
All sequencing results are automatically analysed by PHRED, the international standard software package for superior basecalling and sequence data interpretation. Poor sequence runs that do not meet our quality standards are reviewed manually.
