High Throughput Sequencing
Many samples, fast results
Today customers need to do more and more routine sequencing analysis on a large number of samples. BaseClear has the capacity to do this and performs high throughput sequencing in a fully automated manner. We use state-of-the-art robotics to guarantee fast and accurate results.
Samples for high-throughput sequencing must be delivered in 96- or 384-well plates.
1 type of sample can be submitted per plate: you may choose from bacteria (in glycerol or culture, first a HT-PCR/purification will be performed), purified plasmid, purified and raw PCR-products. Please leave well H12 empty for our sequencing control.
The PCR/sequencing reactions can be performed with your own choice of primer: standard primer or custom primer sent with the order or made by us.
Sequence reactions are loaded on our sequencers with a maximum run-time corresponding to 500 or 750 nucleotides.
