Special Sequencing
As a specialist in DNA sequencing, BaseClear has developed special efficient protocols for sequencing samples that cannot be sequenced easily by straightforward normal sequencing.
Services available for large DNAs (genomic DNA, BACs), siRNA templates and sequencing of oligonucleotides. Sequencing includes manual editing if necessary, checking DNA-concentration of samples and repetition of failed reactions.
The services can be complemented with DNA purification and other services.
