PCR Cloning
Recombinant DNA cloning is the basis of most DNA research projects. The specialists of BaseClear can assist in virtually any step in cloning of DNA. This service can be used to clone a PCR product (up to 2000 base pairs) in a standard vector or client specific vector (provided by client). The sequence of the PCR product will be verified by colony PCR and sequencing 500 base pairs on both sides of insertion point with standard primers located near the insertion point of the fragment.
