BaseClear doubles sequence capacity!

In its strive to offer excellence BaseClear has doubled its sequencing capacity. This offers you several advantages:

Baseclear increased the capacity by acquiring an additional state of the art Applied BioSystems 3730 sequencer. Simultaneously we also invested in a Beckman Biomek FX pipetting robot. This flexible precision instrument is especially designed for the reliable automation of microliter and sub-microliter fluid handling. Apart from increasing the capacity, the combination of these machines also improves the reliability and efficiency of the processing.
After extensive testing both machines were incorporated in the normal work flow late last year. Product specialist, Richard de Winter, is very satisfied with the performance of the machines. “They combine a very high quality performance with an unusual high degree of flexibility,” De Winter says, “This fits very well with the excellence in sequencing services we strive for.”
