BaseClear can synthesize single genes or a complete DNA library, perform all possible cloning projects and produce and purify the corresponding proteins. This will help you in your research, for example to optimize the gene sequence of a certain enzyme, to increase its enzymatic activity and to determine the optimal conditions for its expression and purification.

Gene synthesis
De novo synthesis of DNA sequences, ranging from a few hundred base pairs up to several kb. If necessary, the sequence can be optimize to increase gene expression.

Cloning
Standard PCR-cloning service or customized cloning service for complicated projects, e.g. in case of large vectors, toxic genes or unstable DNA elements.

Mutagenesis
Site-directed or random mutagenesis, introduction of deletions or insertions in all possible DNA fragments.

RNA synthesis
Synthesis of ultrapure RNA, e.g. for the validation of RT-PCR or NASBA, as alternative for viral RNA.

Library Construction
