BaseClear offers the possibility for a fast and efficient synthesis of the genes that you need, varying from a few hundred basepairs up to several KB. You only have to send in a digital version of the sequence that you need, and within a few weeks you receive the requested gene, cloned into our standard vector.

Prior to the synthesis, we can optimize the gene sequence for you.
With a special program we can eliminate rarely used codon sequences and favor codons that are dominant in the expression host of your choice. Additionally, we can add or remove restriction sites, eliminate repeats, splice sites and motives and avoid RNA secondary structures. Altogether this optimization process can boost the final gene expression.
