• Sequence enrichment technology allows targeted analysis of a specific part of a genome.
• Various possibilities for data analysis using in-house state-of-the-art software.
An overview of the options that can be offered with this technology:
- De Novo Sequencing Service for analysis of a new genome.
- Resequencing Service to discover and confirm SNP, identify chromosomal rearrangements, map break points, detect rare variants, etc.
- Digital Gene Expression Service for gene expression analysis. Also useful for novel RNA discovery and profiling of small non-coding RNA and tagged RNA.
- chIP-seq service for the analysis of protein-DNA interactions.
In the coming months, the service will be open to a limited number of customers. Please contact us to inform about availiability and to discuss your research ideas with one of our product specialists.
