Over the last 25 years we have built up considerable experience and expertise in microbial genomics and and currently offer a comprehensive package of services to customers in this field. The Bianomics business unit focuses on microbial genomics research in the Food and Pharma markets. It offers customers a unique combination of innovative genomics technologies, bioinformatics and microbial genomics knowledge coupled with high levels of service and communication.
We are currently looking for candidates for the position of:
The successful candidate will join the Bianomics business unit which focuses on the food and pharma markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing sales revenue from current customers and also building strong and sustainable relationships with key accounts. The account manager will be responsible for the identification of new developments and trends in the market and identifying potential new products. Additionally the successful cross-selling of other BaseClear products and services.
You will work as part of a highly motivated team of account managers, business developers and scientists and be in constant contact with customers and external partners.
You are responsible for the (Key) account management within the Bianomics business unit.

We are looking for:
A result-oriented, proactive, enthusiastic and flexible candidate with at least 3 year’s experience (must have) as an account manager preferably in the bioscience or biotechnology industry. Additionally we are looking for a candidate who has a commercial attitude with excellent communication and presentation skills, a strong network in the food ingredients, pharma and biotech market and a high level of energy and ambition.
Specifically we are searching for a candidate with the following experience and characteristics:
Education: Academic (Master or PhD) level
