For our growing Sales department, we are currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the position of:
As our new sales support you will have a central position in our organization. You are the link between our customers, the laboratory, the financial administration, the managers and the rest of the sales team. You ensure that request are followed up quickly and efficiently and that internal processes run smoothly. With this you contribute to our high customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for providing all sales support and other office duties that leave our account managers and business developers free to focus on sales and acquisition. You will be answering emails and phone calls from our customers from all over the world and provide them with first line customer support.
The most important activities are the management and processing of incoming information requests, preparation of quotations, keeping our customer database (CRM) up-to-date and registration of new leads and opportunities. Also you will assist the account managers in making appointments with (potential) customers.
A challenging fulltime position in a growing high-tech company. Salary is dependent on the candidates’ qualifications and experience.
