For our operations department, we are looking for candidates for the position of:

SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATOR

(32 – 40 hours per week)

What will you be doing?

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you’ll be responsible for managing the procurement process, overseeing inventory and internal consumable and sample logistics, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and supporting key operational and supply chain processes within our laboratory environment.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Placing and tracking orders for laboratory consumables.
  • Conduct routine checks for expired goods and stock levels
  • Maintain order and safety in labs and storage areas in accordance with ISO17025 and GMP standards.
  • Enforce and improve procurement and inventory procedures.
  • Oversee correct receipt and temperature conditions of incoming orders.
  • Prepare customer materials for shipment.
  • Partake in project registration and sample processing.

Who are you?

You have completed a vocational education (MBO-4), plus 4 years relevant work experience. You have worked in a laboratory environment, and preferably have experience working with a quality system. You are familiar with procurement procedures, lab equipment, and lab analysis methods.

To be successful in this role, you come with certain characteristics. You are excellent in planning and organizing, with a high attention to detail. You are self-motivated with a healthy dose of initiative. You enjoy working in a team and are a strong communicator.
