If a client files a compliant, BaseClear will follow the official complaint policy for the correct receipt, assessment and decision on the complaint(s). The purpose of this is to record sufficient information so that a full and correct complaint analysis is possible. In addition, we value clear communicating about the complaint in such a way that the clients is satisfied.
