New research on associations between the maternal-infant microbiome is being published at an increasing rate. However, challenges remain in microbiome analysis and data interpretation. For this reason BaseClear routinely organises expert meetings wherein scientists, researchers and application specialist meet, share and discuss microbiome projects, challenges and opportunities.
