Anais Guebey

Whether it’s connecting with nature on a favourite weekend hike, or connecting clients’ needs with BaseClear’s services, account manager Anaïs Guebey loves making connections. Anaïs is a French native, and resides in scientific hub Grenoble. Anaïs is motivated by finding the best solution to help BaseClear’s customers. “I like to make my customers’ day a little brighter.”

Anais stays in close contact with her customers to work out where they need additional support. “There are many different services and options at BaseClear, so there is an array of possibilities. We offer the complete range of expertise, from study design and sampling techniques, to logistics, advanced biostatistics and regulatory affairs assistance. What does this particular customer need and how can we help? With a good relationship, we can work together to create the best suited solution” says Anaïs. As customers have so many different applications, the work is diverse and there is something new every day.

Anaïs has enjoyed biology from a young age, which is why she first chose to study Medical Biology. After an internship in the laboratory, she decided that she wanted to stay in science but work more on developing a strong connection with others where she could use her social and communication skills more, so she completed a Masters in Marketing and Sales. Since then, she has worked as account and product manager for various science-based companies, both small and large, before joining the BaseClear sales team in 2017. BaseClear’s easy-going culture combined with ambitious growth provides a motivating work environment that Anaïs is glad to be part of. “I have been helping the same customers since when I started my career, even though I have worked in different companies. I’m committed to developing long-term relationships with them to truly serve their needs” she concludes.
