With a solid background in molecular biology, Ihab earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Leiden University. During the Master’s program, Ihab chose to specialize in business, combining a strong scientific foundation with strategic insights. This blend of skills enables Ihab to tackle challenges from multiple angles, creating innovative solutions that connect science and business.
After completing academic studies, Ihab gained valuable experience as an account manager in the recruitment industry for 4.5 years. In this role, Ihab worked closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and provided tailored recruitment solutions, showcasing a talent for problem-solving and client-focused service.
Passionate about continuous learning and driven by a problem-solving mindset, Ihab is dedicated to helping clients reach their goals. Whether it’s navigating the complexities of biology or developing business strategies, Ihab approaches each project with energy and enthusiasm.
Outside of work, Ihab enjoys staying active at the gym and exploring new places while traveling, bringing the same proactive and positive outlook to life beyond the office.
