Rick brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in the CRO/CDMO sector. He holds a BS in Biology from Seton Hall University in New Jersey, USA, and has an impressive background, including over 12 years of successful global experience in service sales at GenScript Inc., where he grew his career from Sales Manager to Director of Sales, and most recently VP of GMP Operations for the European Cell and Gene Therapy division of Genscript. Prior to GenScript, Rick has worked in prominent academic labs, biotech companies and Janssen as an R&D bench scientist.
Rick’s extensive expertise and leadership in commercial strategy will be instrumental as we continue to expand our impact and deliver value to our clients. In addition, Rick has been recognized multiple times as Salesperson, Coach, and Employee of the Year at GenScript, impacting not only bottom line revenue, but helping to create a rewarding and positive culture within the company.
