DNA purification

DNA purification is the process of removing impurities from DNA samples that may inhibit downstream applications, which was traditionally accomplished using ethanol precipitation. Processes such as ligations, qPCR, library preparations, and sequencing demand pure, top-quality DNA obtained through purification. Although numerous DNA purification kits exist, only a select few can deliver high-concentration, high-quality DNA.
