Through microbial genomics, we help customers improve their products and processes, gain regulatory approval and confirm product claims. We use the unique expertise and knowledge of our team to find and offer solutions for a wide variety of clients. The DNA research and analysis is performed in our own state-of-the-art laboratories.

Quality assurance and data security are our top priorities within BaseClear. For this reason, we have chosen to work according to a number of strict accreditations and certifications.

  • Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) – for quality control testing via our GMP brand ProBase Pharma
  • ISO/IEC 17025:2017 – accredited as a competent testing laboratory for next-generation sequencing and DNA isolation (bacterial pellets)
  • ISO/IEC 27001:2022 – certified for information security, cybersecurity and privacy protection
  • Illumina Certified Service Provider (CSPro)
  • Oxford Nanopore Service Certified – by Oxford Nanopore Technologies
  • Crédit d’Impôt Recherche (CIR) accreditation – claim tax relief on R&D costs for French customers
